Pumptrack Coaching Friday 28th October afternoon at St George’s
Open Trail are providing FREE* coaching at Cookley, White Wickets and St Georges pumptracks during the school holidays, ages 4-16
*there is a refundable £3 charge to ensure sincere bookings. If you are unable to attend please do let us know as we do have a waiting list for these events. The £3 is refunded after the activity.

How to judge your child’s ability?
On a regular surface all riders must be able to:
- Ride standing up
- Ride one handed
If your child cannot do this please do not sign them up.
Beginner: riders who are unsure if they can complete an entire lap of the track
Intermediate: riders who can complete a lap and want to develop skills like pumping into jumping
Advanced: riders who can comfortably ride the track and jump and are wanting to develop this further. You will need a bike and helmet; gloves, knee pads, elbow pads are recommended, see table for ages, all riders must be able to ride a bike standing up. Maximum 10 riders
