Mental Wellness is super important for everyone, and men this one is for you!

We are providing child-free evenings of riding, coaching (from DW MTB Coaching), food and just being in the woods; aimed at supporting men’s mental health.
This is not a therapy session, it’s a chance to get in the woods, without the kids, and enjoy progressing your bike skills with some like-minded folk.
If you want to be part of it but joining a group coaching session isn’t your thing you are still very welcome to enjoy the trails and food.
Exercising in green space, meeting new people and working towards your goals is brilliant for the mind and if you would like some additional help the great guys from from Men United will also be offering their mental wellbeing and mindset expertise. The event price is £5 which includes your coaching (if desired), riding, burger and a hot/cold drink of your choice. A bargain right! Additional donations are welcome if you’d like to but are NOT required
